metrics never in Blackout

OEM 13.5 on Linux

My question is this: I'm having issues with Metrics being stopped by means of being set in Blackouts. Obviously the solution would be to ... noy have them in the Blackout.

But my question is the following: is there an easier way to make certain Metrics to not be in any Blackout ? I mean, is there a way to make a Metric to be uninterrupted by ANY Blackout ?

I can tell you why and how about these Metrics, but I'm not getting any grips on these Blackouts, so I'd try it this way.
