ADOP cycle : performance

Almost indepedant of the patch, when I now run an ADOP cycle, this takes around 2 to 2.5 hours to complete. At least it does on most environments (being loadbalanced with 2 servers). Especially the prepare phase takes most of that time. And when you run another cycle just after one, it takes the same amount of time, so there's no hint to some process that takes a long time once in a while; it's consistently slow. Or, that's what I think it is. I'm not sure what is considered slow or fast in this context.

I'm running the normal ADOP actions here.
