Oracle EBS - Jar signing using HSM / USB Token

Hello,

Due to latest regulation changes from all Certification Authorities from Jun1st 2023 that all Code Signing Certificates must comply with the new CA/B Forum regulations to ensure that the subscriber’s private key is generated, stored, and used in a suitable FIPS-compliant hardware. CSR will not be required.

We are struck here and need help to implement java code signing certificate in our Oracle EBS 12.1.3. As usual we generate CSR from adkeystore and sumitted to CA but they didn't accept due to regulation changes. Now we need to know how either HSM or Token based certificates can be used for code signing in Oracle EBS.
