Need to generate .CSV file output and Save/open through Concurrent Program Output button

RDBMS : 12.1.0.2.0

Oracle Applications : 12.2.7

Issue: Need to generate .CSV file output and Save/open through Concurrent Program Output button

Initially I have developed XML Publisher report using Excel Template, but as Excel has size limitation, I cannot generate huge volume/larger reports.

I ahve developed a PLSQL code to generate a .csv, but it's storing in some server path. But the Business user needs to access only through Output Button from a Concurrent Program.

Please Advise.
