Really really old core.[PID] files in crsdata/[nodename]/output Okay to Housekeep?

Greetings Oracle Community,

On a 19c Grid Home, (2N EE RAC, on RHEL x86_64, nothing too exotic) I'm housekeeping and have noted some core.[PID] files in:

/u01/app/grid/crsdata/[nodename]/output

That appear to be very very old and very large, that they are candidates for housekeeping:

Example 1 from the first node:

[root@[node1] output](PROD)# pwd

/u01/app/grid/crsdata/[node1]/output

[root@[node1] output](PROD)# ls -ltrh core*

-rw-------. 1 grid oinstall 905M Aug 30 2019 core.39411

-rw-------. 1 grid oinstall 904M Dec 9 2019 core.440353

-rw-------. 1 grid oinstall 911M Jan 18 2020 core.295747

-rw-------. 1 grid oinstall 912M May 13 2020 core.211552

Example 2 from the second node:

Howdy, Stranger!
