Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. patch level now 19.19

i want to install 19.20 but the gi release patch 35332145 cannot be downloaded.

the ovjm release (patch 35354406) is avialable.

is there a delay in making patch 35332145 available?
