Purchase Price Variance - PO Generation

Hi,

We have an requirement where we need to develop custom workflow to generate Purchase price variance account combination as follows:

First three segments should be pickup from employee.

and the fourth segment should be taken from inventory organization only PPV account,

Please let me know in workflow builder which needs to copy and develop I mean under which workflow does this PPV falls.
