Unable to Import XML with baselines selected

Primavera P6 Professional 21.12.5.44060

XML imports are failing but we are receiving different errors in each environment.

When importing an xml into our dev enviroment with baselines selected, the import fails and we get the following error: "DBEngine.executeSelect() error while executing"

When importing an xml into our val enviroment with baselines selected, the import fails and we get the following error: "RemainingStart: Remaining Start cannot be Null."

When importing an xml into our archive enviroment with baselines selected, the import fails and we get the following error"Field StartDate may not be set to null."

There were several empty start and finish date tags in the xml (<FinishDate />) and I tried commenting them out but the import still failed.
