Am facing an issue that IM transaction are not generating in F4111.

Am facing an issue that IM transaction are not generating in F4111.  item setup as Non Stock Line type in item master and stock line type in item branch. issue type code in item master as F(floor stock No Issues) and in item branch setup as U. WO processed and inventory issues done and if I check in F4111 no IM transaction has been generated. May i know why?
