How to run an SQR that keeps and deletes student IDs

Hello

Currently I have a couple of work orders where a student has two EMPLIDs. We have an SQR that keeps one ID and deletes the other ID for every tables in a database. However, when it runs it does not actually delete anything. The SQR is called Combine.SQR and in the past, it used to work fine, but now it doesn't.
