Online Duplicate Records. Why is it appearing twice?

On our organization's website directory, there is a bug where several records are displayed twice. I'm not sure where this issue is coming, but I believe there may be processes that interfered with the file imports. I analyzed the file import, but I believe it may be a back-end issue.
