Can GT2/GT3 eforms update/insert rows in Fluid Position Managment

Hello,

My organization is implementing Fluid Position Management. We use GT eforms to add/insert position number changes. I read a document in My Oracle support, located here: https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?id=2677223.1 which seems to indicate that Position numbers can only be updated within Fluid Managment Position. Could you please clarify?

We have numerous business rules that are very unique which we apply in our GT3 eForm and we do not wish to use the Fluid Management Process approvals because it would require a great deal of customization to accommodate our business rules.
