The customer want to update/create new Academic Org and Academic Group in the production system.
we are on Campus Solutions 9.2 with PUM24.
When should we create Academic Group codes and Academic Org codes? is it during new term start or what is your recommendation?
The Components affected are Academic Program Table, Course Catalog, Instructor/Advisor Table. What are other components that are affected ?
Is there other data that we need to update that is related to academic org and academic group aside from course catalog and academic program ?
Pls let me know, what are downside impacts?
