Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I am trying to change the OrigSystem Attribute in ORIG_SYS_REFERENCES entity, but I am having an error.

I am using the web service called updateOrganization from OrganizationServiceSoapHttp with this XML:
