Is it possible to create quarterly payment terms in Oracle Receivables in Oracle r12

Is it possible to create quarterly payment terms in Oracle Receivables in Oracle r12? Where customer would be prepaying for the quarter, meaning we invoice in Jan23 for the charge period of Jan-March23 and the customer would still receive the standard 30 day terms, so the invoice will not be due until Feb23.
