Upgrading multiple databases on ODA 19.9 at the same time using appliance manager

I just want to quickly confirm something. Regarding database upgrades on ODA running version 19.9 is there a way to upgrade database faster like upgrading 3 , 4 or databases at the same time using appliance manager or via the BUI. I have noticed that at times when I invoke multiple sessions of the appliance manager, only one session can run and the rest of the sessions wait for a lock to be released. In other words , only one session can run, and rest of the sessions wait for first session holding lock to complete. It seems like there
