Why Copy F4301Media Object To F4714 BSFN not copying all the header attachments from F4301 to F4714?

JDE - E9.2.5.6

Copy F4301Media Object To F4714 (B4305280) Business Function not copying all the Header attachments of F4301 to F4714 and copying only 1st attachment and inserting in F00165.

This issue happening only in web and in local all the attachments are getting copied from F4301 to F4714 as expected.
