Warrant shows incorrect amount when employee paycheck option is "check and advice"

Hello, has anyone seen this issue before? When an employee gets partial net pay from both direct deposit and from warrant, the warrant printed the total amount and not the actual partial amount. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Please see attached screenshot. Thanks for your help.
