Heavy swapping can lead to timeouts, poor performance, and instance eviction.
Oracle Version 19.20.0.0.0 (Prod) / Version 19.3.0.0.0 (Test)
Upgraded from 11.2.0.4.
I see from time to time in alert log file following:

Heavy swapping can lead to timeouts, poor performance, and instance eviction.
2023-07-23 04:44:51.240000 +02:00
Heavy swapping can lead to timeouts, poor performance, and instance eviction.
Test:
2023-07-23 00:08:56.202000 +02:00
Heavy swapping can lead to timeouts, poor performance, and instance eviction.
2023-07-23 04:40:52.840000 +02:00

As you can see it is quite rearly and at that time full backup was running. Is it something which should I address or it is safe to ignore ?
