Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Does anyone had an issue with 12.2.12 where edit pencil is missing when trying to edit forecast?

We are currently upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.12 and we noticed that edit pencil is missing when trying to edit a forecast.

In 12.1.3, with profile option "Personalize Self-Service Defn= No" the edit pencil is there.

In 12.2.12 with profile option "Personalize Self-Service Defn= No" the edit pencil is missing.

Any feedback/help is greatly appreciated.
