How to automatically submit a custom program post PO receipt transaction is done in Oracle EBS

Hello,

We are on EBS 12.2.5, we have a business requirement to trigger a custom label print report automatically post each PO receipt transaction is completed through Oracle PO Receipt / Receiving Transactions form.

Could you please let me know if there is any standard hook which we can customize? If not, what is the solution to achieve this requirement?
