Dear Oracle Community,

  We are planning to update OEM 13cR5 Update 10 to OEM 13cR5 Update 16.

  Patch 19999993: OMSPatcher patch of version 13.9.5.14.0 for Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13.5.0.0

 Patch 35437906: Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c Release 5 Update 16 (13.5.0.16) for Oracle Management Service

Outlined tasks

-Apply Latest RU to the repository database

-Apply the OMS patch to the OMS server

-Apply the Agent patch to the agents


Readme does not provide much information on Repository Database and Agent patching.

 I would need clarity on:

Currently we are on 19.14,should we patch the latest RU i.e 19.20?

Is there any overlay patch required for 19.20?

Which latest version for Agent is suggested for this setup?
