ASCP Profile options

There are some standard profile options (like MSO: Firm Purchase Orders Within Time Fence, MSC: Auto-Release Compression Days Tolerance) in ASCP which we can set only at site level. The problem with this is, we have multiple EBS instance connected to single planning instance and one site uses the functionality where as other not, which impacts the planning results. Since profile options are defined to control the system behavior, can we enable these profile options at different levels like responsibility/user to limit the impact on planning results?
