Migrate the content of ASM disks from Disk A type to Disks B type

ASM Issue on a RAC 2 nodes configuration.

The problem I would like to describe is the following :

We have an Oracle RAC configuration based on 2 nodes with an Enterprise License. The Oracle RAC nodes are 2 VMware VMs (VMware 7.0) and the disks used to host the Databases within an ASM instance are VMware pRDM disks type. We would like to change the disk type, and migrate toward VMDK shared disks.

My question is : what is the best approach to migrate the database to the new disks and minimize the database downtime ?
