Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

We are at 9.2.6.5 (HTML+AIS) TR and 9.2.6.3 (Enterprise Server Tools Release). And 9.2 Application Release.

I want to know that how many number of transaction/calls can single AIS instance can handle?

Say, for example if we have a requirement need to support 30k calls per day. How many AIS instances are required to handle?
