LINKBSFN How to verify successful completion

I'm setting up multiple foundation on a system and I can't seem to get the new foundation to startup correctly. 

I've been through the documentation for setting up multifoundation on an AS400 multiple times and the only thing that stands out is that the LINKBSFN completes in less than a couple of minutes.

I'm not seeing any errors or finding any logs for that matter but I'm not sure where they should be either.

How can I check that LINKBSFN is running and completing correctly.
