Procurement ECC on prem

Anyone using Procurement Command Center on prem? I'm just curious about how it should look in the Navigator. In GL, AP, and AR, I see a single line "... Command Center" in the Navigator, and when I click on that selection, I'll see the command center with multiple tab options. For Procurement though, I see "Procurement Command Center" with the plus sign, and when I click on it, I see the names of the individual tabs listed in the Navigator. Is this how it's supposed to appear?
