R47011 not populating F4211.RLNU for 850

JDE E 9.2 Release 23

When processing inbound 850 transactions, the F47012.RLNU field has value. However, during the generation of a sales order using R47011, the F4211.RLNU field remains blank and does not populate with the relevant information from F47012.RLNU.
