OVM -> OLVM (4.4) Migration Failing

We are just starting to build a new KVM environment to migrate from OVM, we have a engine and a KVM host, we have hit an issue with attempting our 1st migration.

[root@wpor-app02 migrations]# virt-v2v -i libvirtxml ./wvlt-test3.xml -o ovirt-upload -oc https://wvlt-kvm01.hcuk.pri/ovirt-engine/api -os RTL -o        p ./ovirt-admin-password -of raw -oo rhv-cluster=Default -oo rhv-cafile=./ca.pem -oo rhv-direct
