Custom Adapter creation using SDK files

Hi,

Does any one documented the process of creating the Custom Adapter using the SDK provided by Oracle? and I am not able to find the "Technical Note 468: Compiling the Demo Security Adapter using Visual Studio" in the support web.

Does any one know where to get this?
