fpp move database command does not find database to move

oracle fpp, 19c

per fpp example on oracle site, this should be the syntax to move all on a non managed home to a new workingcopy, but it says "cannot find db" is there missing syntax required?

/opt/oracle/19.3.0.0/grid/bin/rhpctl move database \

 -sourcehome /opt/oracle/base/product/19.3.0.0/dbhome_1 \

 -oraclebase /opt/oracle/base \

 -patchedwc dbadbn2aw35_dbhome_1930_202301 \

 -eval
