Is there any way in JDE to stop order from being processed until all Order lines are at 580

Hello,

We are on JDE 9.2 R23, I would like to know if there is any functionality in JDE which can stop a Sales order from being processed until all order lines reaches certain status, especially, Print Invoice.

I would like to know the process and program used for the setup.
