Can WO planned Qty change?

Hello Everyone,

I would like to understand if we can change the WO planned qty as per partial completion and complete the WO in Oracle Fusion. Also I would like to understand the impact difference between "Scrap" and "Reject" quantity, if I will perform in last operation of WO.
