9.2.7.2 Is there more detail on what Always and Only Once means in My Subscriptions?

I am currently working on setting up my subscriptions to specific watchlist notifications. I need more information as to what the policy "Always" and "Only Once" means. i.e., does only once mean it will literally only run one time and never again? and Does "Always" mean that it will run however many times the watchlist is set to refresh?
