Is any one able to use PL/SQL PROFILES from concurrent programs for EBS R122 with DB 19c?

Is any one able to use PL/SQL PROFILES from concurrent programs for EBS R122 with DB 19c?

it is working fine with our EBS122 with 12C database, however, not able to after the DB upgraded to 19c, Oracle has confirmed this is a bug from 19c upgrade, but not sure if any one has found any workaround on this, if so, can you please share? any suggestions are very appreciated! thanks
