Swap utilization 90%. What is the best swap capacity for this setup? Memory used 50%

Physical Server - Oracle 19c 2-nodes RAC

RHEL 8.5 on Powerstore Storage.

    total    used    free   shared buff/cache  available

Mem:     251Gi    122Gi    4.9Gi    121Gi    123Gi    4.5Gi

Swap:     19Gi    19Gi    33Mi

SGA Target: 64G

PGA Target / Limit : 26G / 64G


I have this situation where our servers are swapping. We can see the swapping in vmstat. Based on used memory or OEM, we can see that our memory utilization 50% and normal. We can do swapoff and swapon but it might crash the server.

Do we need to add in more RAM, if so, how much needed? Or is there any other solution to this swap issue?
