Getting Error after upgrading OAF framework from 12.2.7 to 12.2.11

We had a VO Named "ReqLinesNotificationsVO" we extended the VO with "SSLReqLines_Notifications". It was working fine.

After upgradation, it is not working and showing below error.


Exception Details. oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.AttributeLoadException: JBO-27022: Failed to load value at index 61 with java object of type java.lang.String due to java.sql.SQLException.
