landed cost rule not getting populated in line defaults while editing PO detail

P4310 PO detail revisions

after creating PO, when going back to PO for editing or modifying it, Cost rule field in Line defaults Option is not getting populated resulting in throwing up of the error UDC not found.

UDC for cost rule is already setup for 41|P5.
