Is it possible to Add unregistered supplier while creating RFQ.

Oracle Sourcing (12.2.9).

Hi Team,

While creating RFQ, is it possible to add the Supplier which is not registered in the system and just want that supplier to participate in one specific RFx event. after that we don't want to associate with that supplier?

let me know your valuable inputs on how we can achieve that scenario?
