Unable to Authenticate User error at oracle login frm chrome aftr Solaris to Redhat server migration

Oracle ebs r12.1.3

Unable to Authenticate User error when user try to open Oracle url from crome after server migration from Solaris to Redhat.

When the user clear cookies and cache , and try to login , then the url will open.

They will not each time clear cookis, What can be done to resolve this.
