Buying same item from two suppliers from two different countries

Hi,

I need some guidance on how to manage an item that is purchased from two suppliers in different countries. Can you advise me on what setups are required in JDE and how it will impact the cost of the item? The new supplier is located in India, so I'm wondering if localization is necessary.
