Repository connection string to ensure data in transit is encrypted

In Hyperion 11.2.x, is there a way to ensure data in-transit from the SQL server to be encrypted? Particularly in RCUschema.properties file, is there a parameter that can be added in the dbURL field to ensure data encryption?
