Amazon Punchout Certificate Errors

Issue:
We are attempting to setup Amazon punchout. We have successfully created the direct connect portion of the setup. We are able to shop on the Amazon site, and bring the cart back into PeopleSoft, but are unable to EDX the PO. I'll attach screenshots of our setup and the error. This seems to be a common issue among other users in multiple threads online, but nobody posts a solution that works as far as we have found.
