TRC Multiplication Factors

I’ve set up a multiplication factor in an existing TRC, but when I enter 1 hour, only 1 hour of time is added to the CompTime Balance. We only need it for overtime for which employees take time off (not paid). This setup if for countries that are not in PS payroll, non-FLSA. PS version 8.57.

Could you please advise me, what else should I set up to make the multiplication work?

I’ve tried different setup so far without success. Thank you so much.
