Is there a best practice related to changing Sold to (AN8) address on existing Sales Order

E1 9.2

When converting a sales quote, at times the customer (Sold to and Ship to) needs to be updated to reflect a different customer sales order quote release.

Is there a best practice to either update the sold to/ship to at Quote release (P420111) or once converted to a SO?
