incoming calls to switch is not working

Fellow members,

I have been stuck with one of the call flows and couldn't find any issues related. Here is the call flow and the config

Switch (10.10.20.20) -> sip-interface (99.99.99.99) -> sip-interface (10.10.10.10) -> 1.1.1.1

SAG (1.1.1.1 & 2.2.2.2) -> sip-interface(99.99.99.99) -> sip-interface (10.10.10.20) -> Switch (10.10.20.20)

In this case, the calls from SA, 2.2.2.2 is working fine. But, the calls from 1.1.1.1 is failing with 404 (from SBC itself)
