Unable to load resource error on opening Java forms on Mac M1

in EBS on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (MOSC) Question

Please provide some solution for this. I installed Oracle E-Business Suite Installation on a Single Node on OCI Cloud and tried to open the forms but this error is coming.
