EE cannot add Final comments before Acknowledgement
Updated Issue:
The Employee comments section is available on the document template. The Approval is "Approve Before Review- 3 step". So when the document is approved and the manager shares the document with the employee the employee cannot add any final comments . All the fields are grayed out.
The employee did complete the Self evaluation before the approval.
Can anyone help with this?
Issue:
The manager opens the performance document of the employee and updated all the sections with comments and ratings. When the 'Save' or'Submit for approval' button is clicked the system throws an error Highlighted fields are required(15,30) Enter data into the highlighted fields’ But there are no highlighted fields to be updated.
