Index creation - compress option

Hi Experts,

We need your guidance for below concerns. Attached execution plan and stats details.

High cost query which consumes high CPU through out its runtime.

1) Can we create index on column TRANSACTION_SOURCE_NAME with compress option.

2) Can we avoid the full table scan for SVIMS_INV_QTY_STG

Please guide.
