OPatch zip file version anomaly (July '23 CPU)

I wish to apply the July CPU to my two Oracle 19c Databases. I have downloaded the Combo patch 353704 and followed the instruction to install the latest OPatch version.

In my case the Zip file downloaded was for the Linux x86-64 platform :

p5880880_190000_Linux_x64.zip

The download page documents this download to be OPatch version 12.2.0.1.39

However upon extraction version 12.2.0.1.36 was installed. Nb the zipped files were dated June 27th. Without a version => 12.2.0.1.37 July CPU patching will fail re-installation checks .

Any comments welcome.
